The famous Plan de Corones is the number 1 ski mountain resort in South Tyrol and is part of the Dolomiti Superski ski area. 120 kilometers of carefully groomed slopes and more than 30 modern lifts are the ideal combination for families with children, beginner skiers and demanding skiers.
In addition to fantastic skiing, you also have the opportunity to admire the surrounding landscape by taking easy, leisurely walks, snowshoeing, or venturing out to tackle the 23-kilometer-long cross-country ski trail, which starts on the outskirts of the village and winds through the sleepy, snow-covered forests of the Rudo Valley.
In summer, San Vigilio Dolomites is the ideal starting point for numerous mountain hikes, treks and mountain bike/e-bike tours, all also within the prestigious and well-known Fanes-Sennes-Braies Nature Park.
Our 4 apartments are located in the Plan de Corones tourist destination and are the ideal place for your winter and summer holidays.
The ski lifts can be reached by a free ski bus service, the stop of which is only 30 meters from your accommodation.
In summer, our house is the ideal starting point for the Fanes-Sennes-Braies Nature Park, a UNESCO World Heritage Site in the Dolomites.

The MIARA apartment is located on the second floor and can accommodate 4 to 5 people.
The apartment has a double bedroom, a bedroom with bunk beds, a bathroom with shower and bidet, kitchen-living room, and a large balcony with a view of the mountains.
The RUIS apartment, is located on the second floor and can accommodate 4 to 5 people.
The apartment has two double bedrooms, a bathroom with shower and bidet, kitchen-living room with sofa bed, balcony with mountain views.
The ERTA apartment is located on the second floor and can accommodate 5 to 6 people.
The apartment has two spacious double bedrooms with balcony, two bathrooms with shower and bidet, cozy kitchen-living room with corner sofa/sofa bed.
The RARA apartment is located on the ground floor with a separate entrance and direct access to the garden.
The apartment has 3 bedrooms (one double room with a sofa bed, one room with a double bed or 2 separate beds, one room with bunk beds plus a sofa bed), 2 bathrooms, one of which has a bidet, a cozy living room, and a separate kitchen with an oven.
GARDEN WITH GAMES AND BARBECUE
In our garden you can relax while your children have a chance to let off steam. We provide several play structures (swing, sandbox, slide and table tennis). You can also sit together for a cozy barbecue and relax on our sunbathing lawn.
PARKING - SKI AND BIKE STORAGE
Each apartment has its own open parking lot. You can store your ski equipment and bicycles in an enclosed room. The ski depot is equipped with a boot dryer.
BREAD SERVICE
On request we offer a convenient bread service with fresh milk and eggs.
HOLIDAY PASS AND SKI BUS
With the free Holiday Pass you can use all public transportation throughout South Tyrol for free. In winter you can easily walk to the nearby ski bus stop (about 30 m), which will take you directly to the ski lifts in a few minutes.
W-LAN and FACILITIES
Free WLAN is available in all apartments, and TV equipment is available in all apartments. All apartments are equipped with a dishwasher, the RARA apartment also with a stove oven. A communal washing machine can be used for a fee.
The Sorapunt house is located at the entrance to the village of San Vigilio di Marebbe, in a quiet location at the edge of the forest.
The distance to the village center and the ski lifts is about 1 km.
During the summer months the village center can also be reached by walking or biking along an easy forest path bordered by a stream.
The bus and ski bus stop is only 30 meters away from our apartments.
Prices shown are per day and per apartment.
Prices may vary depending on the number of occupants and the type of apartment chosen. A surcharge is charged for stays of less than one week. In any case, do not hesitate to request a personalized offer.
Prices do not include the tourist tax of € 2,70 per person and night. Children up to the age of 14 are exempt.
Included in the price: outdoor parking, ski-bike deposit with boot dryer, WI-FI connection, bed linen with weekly change, heating, water and electricity. Towels are not included.
Final cleaning is € 50,00.
Late arrivals and early departures from the booking date will be fully charged in the high season period.
Arrival and departure:
The apartments are available from 15:00 on the day of arrival to 09:30 on the day of departure. Check-in is from 15:00 to 20:00. Arrivals outside this time frame must be notified in advance.
Reservation and payment:
The reservation is considered final only after the payment of a deposit amounting to approximately 30% of the entire price of stay. The deposit must be paid by bank transfer on the following bank details:

Smoking is not permitted inside the apartments. Guests are required to notify us of the arrival of any visitors.
Pets are allowed only during the summer months by prior arrangement and surcharge, provided that their owners accept full responsibility for any damage caused by the pets. Animals are not allowed to be left unattended inside the apartments.
As soon as the Dolomites put on their green dress and summer takes over the valleys, there are many opportunities to spend your summer vacation.
MTB trails for all levels, relaxation on the "Spiaggetta Ciamaor" beach, modern lifts to discover the attractions on the mountain, such as the famous MMM Corones Museum by Reinhold Messner and the LUMEN Museum of Mountain Photography.
For the more adventurous, there is the Adrenaline X-Treme Adventure Park with the largest ZipLine in Europe.
The Fanes-Senes-Braies Nature Park, surrounded by breathtaking landscapes and unique mountain worlds at an altitude of 2,000 meters, a true treasure chest of nature, offers the opportunity for numerous sports activities such as mountaineering, hiking and trekking.

If you are looking for the perfect ski area, you are sure to find it on the Kronplatz: 120 kilometers of slopes and 31 modern lifts amidst the fantastic mountain scenery of the DOLOMITES.
Kronplatz is part of the largest interconnected ski carousel in the Alps, the Dolomiti Superski. Spectacular slopes for experienced skiers alternate with slopes suitable for beginners.
For snowboard lovers there is an equipped snowpark and cross-country skiing is possible on the beautiful trail into the Rautal valley in the heart of the UNESCO WORLD HERITAGE DOLOMITES, as well as winter walks and snowshoe hikes.
